helping burnt-out ADHDers to recover, by clarifying their problems to unleash their inate problem-solving ability.
Are you ready to recover from burnout, learn to relax, find balance, and ignite your creativity?
Every day, millions of ADHDers try to ignore the fact that they are exhausted. And every day, most of them fail. Maybe not at first, but eventually most of them will find that trying harder is not working.
Maybe you can relate…
When you first feel overwhelmed, you motivate yourself with adrenaline (or shame, or coffee). And for a while, things go really well.
But then it happens. Your usual methods seem like too much effort. They don't work like they used to do. You're relying on more and more adrenaline (or shame, or coffee) to force yourself into finishing that thing. You notice that you stay in bed longer and longer.
It's NOT your fault! You've been busy for so long that your body has forgotten how to rest. Maybe you forgot what rest, REAL rest, even feels like.
That will all change when you have your Crew at your back.
Burnout Recovery Crew is a powerful community creating a movement for self-care, creativity, and kindness!
The six-week course starts on the 21st of April.
Join today for a single payment of £195 or two installments of £99 and access "Goodbye Selfcare Guilt" immediately.
What if I told you that it's possible to...
-
Recover from burnout.
-
Feel passionate, creative, and inspired again.
-
Feel deeply rested.
-
Relax and enjoy life.
What do I know about burnout?
You don't want advice from someone who has no idea what you're going through. In fact, you're probably sick of well-meaning people acting like experts (you'll feel fine if you just do yoga/drink more tea/journal).
That's why I think it's important that I share my burnout story with you. So you know I speak from experience, I can empathize with you, and I can be confident when I say that I KNOW how to recover from burnout.
In this short video, I share my journey through burnout.

I am an ADHDer, which means that as well as formal training on ADHD I have a lifetime's worth of experience to draw on.
I am familiar with many of your struggles because I have faced them myself.

FAQs
Is there homework on this course?
The way to get results is to put what we talk about into action. Through the course, I will ask you to decide what actions you plan to take over the next week. So, while there is no formal homework, and certainly no grades, you should expect to take action. This will usually take five to ten minutes.
What happens if I miss a live call?
I encourage you to show up to each live call because that way you will get the most support from the group and see the best results. However, don't worry if you can't attend - replays will be available. Send me your questions ahead of time so that I can answer them, even if you can't attend live.
Can I learn this material from books or online?
Probably. However, this course is the result of several burnout experiences and years of learning. Why don't you take a shortcut and learn from my experience?
The easier, faster, more fun option is joining Burnout Recovery Crew. You will get the benefit of my experience, condensed into an easy-to-understand format. You will get group accountability and the satisfaction of growing alongside other ADHDers.
I have other questions, how do I contact you?
